Marina View is a spacious one-bedroom guest house, with queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen and large living area with vaulted ceiling. Both the living area and dining nook offer south and west views of the water.
Three and a half acres offers ample room for play, such as croquet or badminton, on the extensive level lawn. The guest cottage shares the family's vacation compound, but there's new landscaping for privacy should the owner's also be in residence.
Marina View is within walking distance of Deer Harbor Marina, a convenience market and post office. It's a great location, within 20 minutes of the ferry landing and the amenities of Eastsound. It's also a wonderful vantage point for Deer Harbor fireworks
