vacation home.
It is situated on waterfront property with sweeping views over East Sound and toward Mt. Constitution. Spacious decking invites you to embrace the great outdoors when you dine, maybe you’ll tell tales around the firepit, or slip into the large hot tub to
count the stars. The adventurous may find the small, private beach that appears at low tide and is accessed via a steep path and stairway.
The upper level great room features high beamed ceilings, gleaming Brazilian cherrywood floors and a fireplace where you’ll gather for conversation. The kitchen is equipped with soapstone counters, Sub Zero refrigerator, Viking range, and a large prep island
sure to please the most discriminating chef. A queen bedroom is on this level.
Downstairs you’ll find the master bedroom suite featuring a king bed, doors to the hot tub equipped deck, dual vanities in the bathroom, and a soaking tub with a view. A third bedroom offers a full size bed. This lower level also offers a large sauna, a
second fireplace, large screen TV, DVD player, and music system. A sofabed is provided for overflow guests.
Dogs under 12 pounds may be accepted with prior owner approval. Do note that due to the high-bank and deck exposure, children and animals require strict adult supervision.
Seaside is located about 20 minutes from the Orcas ferry landing and about 20 minutes from the village of Eastsound.
