New to our portfolio this year, The Beach House is a perfect choice for a classic Lopez Island summer vacation. It’s where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, a panoramic vision of MacKay Harbor, kick off your shoes, run your toes through the sand, and unwind completely.
The interior of the home draws inspiration from the colors of water and beach. You’ll be welcomed to an atmosphere of bleached woods, open shelving, storage baskets, and artful detailing. On the main level, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, dining nook, bar seating, and a cozy living room. Two queen bedrooms and two full baths are located on this upper level. The master bath features a dual vanity and there is a second full bath to service the second bedroom and bathing for the third bedroom. The third bedroom is located on the lower level and offers a futon for sleeping. A half bath is located downstairs as well.
The fabulous community beach is just over the street and a buoy may be available for your use upon prior reservation. (This may be pre-arranged with our office.) Sorry, there are DVD’s but no television reception (Enjoy the disconnection - you are on vacation!) Just snuggle up by the wood stove, sit on the deck to enjoy the sun, wander off to picnic at the beach, and wonder why you don’t live like this everyday.
Please note that there is a flight of stairs leading to the upper level entry as well as interior stairs.
